Frazer Hudson and Andrew Foster first met whilst studying illustration on the Post Graduate course at Central St. Martins College of Art & Design between 1992-1994. They saw themselves as kindred spirits and soon after graduating founded, (alongside other recent graduates from the same course) the illustration collective ‘Monster’.
Both went on to form independent illustrative careers during the next few years but were drawn together once again whilst sharing a studio with several other artists in the East end of London.
Collaborative ideas took root from this shared work place experience and collaborative practice soon followed.
